晴天の飛騨高山、2日間。
正直「渋いだろうな…」でも飛騨高山のイワナたちはお二人の思いに応えた!
初日、山岳渓流。Louisさん1投目でいきなりアタック！
そして圧巻だったのは奥様のNoraさん。
教えたテンカラを1日で「忍者フィッシング」へ昇華。
次々とイワナを誘い出す姿、まさに“くノ一”。
美貌も技術も反則級でした。
そして夕暮れ間際、なんと難題のCherryTroutもキャッチし快挙達成
2日目、狙いはCherry Trout。
反応は豆サイズのみ…と思った瞬間、

ラスト5分でドラマ発生。

直後Noraさんに30cm

晴天の苦戦が、最高のクライマックスに。
ガイド冥利に尽きる2日間でした。Louisさん、Noraさん最高の時間をありがとう。また、会える日を楽しみにしてます！

Two days under clear skies in Hida-Takayama.
Honestly… I was bracing for a tough bite.

But the iwana here answered their call.

Day 1, mountain stream.
Louis — strike on the very first cast!
And the real showstopper was his wife, Nora.
She took my tenkara lesson and turned it into “ninja fishing” in a single day.
One after another, she coaxed iwana out like a true _kunoichi_.
Beauty AND technique? Unfair level.

Then, right at dusk…
She even landed the tricky Cherry Trout. What an achievement!

Day 2, target: Cherry Trout.
Only tiny ones at first…
…until the last 5 minutes.

Drama unfolded.
Louis — 35cm monster.
Right after — Nora — 30cm.

From “tough day” to perfect climax.
As a guide, I couldn’t ask for a better two days.
