今日のお客様はオーストラリアからお越しのスチュアートさんとご家族です。彼らはピクニック気分で釣りを楽しみたいとのことで、私の大好きな湖へ案内しました。穏やかな水面に仕掛けを投入すると、すぐに大きなアタリがあり、竿がググッと曲がりました。開始早々、スチュアートさんのお母様なローズマリーさんが大きなコイを釣り上げ、彼女の目が輝いていました。その後も次々と魚がヒットし、ご家族全員が魚をキャッチすることに成功しました。魚が釣れる合間には、ご家族みんなでお酒を楽しみ、オヤツをシェアしながらくつろぐ姿が印象的でした。

特に1歳の息子さんは初めての釣りに夢中になり、魚や自然と触れ合いながら楽しそうに過ごしていました。しかし、突如として最大の大物が現れ、なんと竿を湖に引きずり込んでしまいました。道具は失いましたが、これもまた釣りの醍醐味。自然の偉大さや予期せぬ出来事が、釣りの魅力を一層引き立てる瞬間でした。スチュアートさんご家族には、忘れられない思い出になったことでしょう。

Today's guests were Stuart and his family, visiting from Australia. They wanted to enjoy fishing with a picnic atmosphere, so I took them to my favorite lake. As soon as we cast the tackle into the calm water, there was a big bite, and the rod bent sharply. Right at the start, Stuart's mother, Rosemary, caught a large carp, and her eyes sparkled with delight. After that, fish kept hitting, and the whole family succeeded in catching fish. While waiting for bites, the family enjoyed drinks together and relaxed, sharing snacks—an impression that really stood out.

In particular, their one-year-old son became captivated by his first fishing experience, happily interacting with the fish and nature. However, suddenly, the biggest catch of the day appeared and actually dragged the rod into the lake. Although the equipment was lost, this too is part of the thrill of fishing. The greatness of nature and these unexpected events enhanced the appeal of fishing even more. For Stuart and his family, it must have become an unforgettable memory.
