今日はユニークな釣りの日となりました。ガイドとしてお迎えしたのは兄弟のアリエルさんとイーサンさんです。朝からヤマメたちは数多くの毛鉤に興味を示しましたが、一筋縄ではいかず、巧妙に毛鉤を見破り去っていきました。釣りガイドとしてもこれほどまでにフッキングに至らなかった日は記憶にありませんでした。ですが、アリエルさんとイーサンさんは諦めることなく、ポイントを変えながら挑戦し続けた結果、ついにイワナを見事にキャッチすることができました。

兄弟のお二人は釣りを通じた絆を再確認し、私自身も彼らの粘り強さや連携力に感銘を受け、この釣りの経験は私にとっても貴重な思い出となりました。自然の中での素晴らしい一日を共に過ごせたことに感謝しつつ、また新たな出会いを楽しみにしています。

Today turned out to be a unique fishing day. The guests I welcomed as a guide were the siblings, Ariel and Ethan. From the morning, many yamame trout showed interest in various flies, but they were not easily fooled, skillfully seeing through the flies and swimming away. Even as a fishing guide, I can't recall a day when so few fish ended up hooked. However, Ariel and Ethan didn’t give up, continuing to challenge themselves while changing fishing spots, and in the end, they managed to splendidly catch an iwana trout.

The siblings reaffirmed their bond through fishing, and I myself was impressed by their persistence and teamwork. This fishing experience became a valuable memory for me as well. I am grateful that we could spend such a wonderful day together in nature, and I look forward to the next encounter.

It was a wonderful day in which we rediscovered the fun of fishing and were able to experience the beauty of nature.
